- The return is initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or other relevant documentation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at Kashiko.japan@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any relevant information.
- Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
5. Inspection and Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved:
- For eligible returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the inspection is complete.
- Refunds will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
